Several members of Memorial Presbyterian had the opportunity to attend the Open House celebrating the new Goff Family Shelter, a remarkable addition to our community’s efforts to care for families experiencing homelessness. It’s been a privilege for our church to support this effort.

Hosted by the St. Augustine Society, the event highlighted a place of hope, dignity, and new beginnings.

The shelter features nine family rooms with space for 37 beds, allowing parents and children to remain together while they work toward permanent housing.

We give thanks for this important new ministry and for everyone whose vision, generosity, and dedication made it possible.
