Memorial Presbyterian Church

College & Young adults

A place to rest, connect, and grow in faith.

College and early adulthood bring personal growth, new independence, and often overwhelming stress. Memorial Presbyterian Church offers spaces for spiritual nourishment, meaningful connection, and rest—meeting you wherever you are in your faith journey.

Sunday Sanctuary is a contemplative gathering for college students and early-career young adults seeking rest and spiritual renewal. Each session offers a quiet space where we pray together, listen to scripture, and practice guided meditation and silence. You’ll learn ancient spiritual practices that can sustain you through stress, uncertainty, and the demands of daily life.

This isn’t a social event or a traditional Bible study—it’s a place to breathe, reflect, and lay down your burdens. No prior experience with liturgy or contemplative prayer is needed. Come as you are, participate as much or as little as you’re comfortable with, and find a space of refuge in the midst of a busy semester.

When: Every other Sunday, 8:00-8:45 PM
