The program navigates the technical rigors of classical music alongside the emotional depth of contemporary pieces. Moving seamlessly between intimate solos and collaborative duets, the duo promises an afternoon of versatility and virtuosic talent that bridges the gap between historic tradition and modern innovation. About the Performers Benjamin Brown is entering his second year at the University of Florida, where he is pursuing a dual path in Nuclear Engineering and Music Performance. A native of St. Augustine, Benjamin began his journey with the classical guitar in the sixth grade. His technical foundation and artistry have been shaped by instructors Chuck Rogers, Trey Brewer, and Dr. Jonathan Dotson. Robert Kennedy is a classical guitarist whose artistic voice is shaped by a lifetime of musical immersion. With a ten-year background in viola and a formative education at Bak Middle School of the Arts and American Heritage, Robert blends his classical training with a burgeoning career as a performer and composer.
