WHETHER YOU ARE NEW TO THE ST. AUGUSTINE AREA OR A NATIVE, MEMORIAL PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH WELCOMES YOU.

APEX ADULT CLASS

Led by Associate Pastor, Dr. Hunter Camp, and other members, the class focuses on biblical texts and their present-day applications. The class meets on second floor—west—room 218 of the fellowship/educational building). Apex Adult Ministry seeks to connect people of similar ages in a common place, serve as an entry point for youngish adults into the life of MPC, provide opportunities for serving others, and engage in thoughtful exploration of discipleship.

OLDER ADULT MINISTRY

We are blessed to have a large population of retired persons living, worshipiing, and serving at Memorial Presbyterian Church. MPC mirrors the larger PCUSA: the median age in the Presbyterian Church (USA) is 63 years for members, 62 for ruling elders, 55 for pastors, and 57 for specialized ministers.

At Memorial Presbyterian Church, we value the gifts and presence of older adults. We know that without the contributions of older adults to the ministry of our church, our ability to serve would be greatly diminished.

If it’s Bible study, fellowship, or service opportunities Memorial Presbyterian Church has a place for every older adult that walks through our doors. We invite you to join us!

Become a part of our community of faith – joining us in worship, witness, fellowship, and service. We would love for you to make us your cherished place of worship.
